Ben Tre is one of 13 delta provinces in the Mekong Delta, with a flat topography, located on three islets with sand dunes interspersed with gardens, surrounded by a dense canal system. With a convenient location, 85km from Ho Chi Minh City, the West and Southwest borders with Vinh Long province, the South borders with Tra Vinh province, Ben Tre is increasingly developing with typical products from coconut trees such as coconut oil, coconut candy, …, and handicraft products. In addition, Ben Tre’s ecotourism also develops significantly with its signature of natural sceneries. The unique fruits of Ben Tre such as green Siamese coconuts, green grapefruit are also favored by consumers everywhere. Besides, Ben Tre also attracts visitors by the colorful folk tunes of the southwestern river region performed by the coconut land’s artists.
As a child of developing and integrating Ben Tre, Ms. Le Thi Minh Hiep also wishes to contribute and bring farmers here a product that does wonder for health and improves the income of local farmers. With that thought, she learned how to grow medicinal mushrooms and edible mushrooms and applied them on her garden in Huu Dinh village, Chau Thanh district. In 2014, Pham Le Nguyen Mushroom One Member Company Limited was founded with the motto “to bring clean and home-grown mushrooms to every family’s kitchen”.
Right from the very beginning steps of building mushroom houses and looking for raw materials, she always thinks of doing the right things in business. That is how to grow mushrooms that are safe for consumers’ health. She has studied, researched and created a closed-loop production system, from seed-division, plant-species genesis, mushroom cultivation, preliminary processing, packaging, and delivering to the consumers. The whole process allows her to produce the products that meet quality requirements.
Currently, with over 7-year-experience in growing and distributing edible mushrooms and medicinal mushrooms, Pham Le Nguyen Mushroom One Member Limited Liability Company has supplied to the market a number of mushroom products such as:
- Mushroom species and strain: The company supplies wholesale and retail mushroom strain, mushroom species to grow red Reishi mushrooms as well as oyster mushrooms and other mushrooms. The company’s mushroom spawn are made from organic materials such as rubber sawdust, lime, rice bran and bio-organic fertilizer. (The source of organic material will determine the quality of clean, safe and pharmaceutical-nutritious mushrooms). Customers buying mushroom species at the Company will be given free advice on how to cultivate and care for mushrooms. Technicians from our company also closely monitor the planting and harvesting process to achieve the best quality mushrooms.
- Medicinal Mushroom: Pham Le Nguyen Mushroom company distributes to the market the products that we grow such as whole or sliced Red Reishi mushrooms, from different types (Vietnam Red reishi, Genetics Institute Red reishi, Dalat Red Reishi, Japanese Red Reishi …). Ganoderma lucidum PLN (Ganoderma lucidum) is a high quality product grown from organic materials, mushroom ears are large, thick and full of spores.
- Edible mushrooms: In addition to medicinal mushrooms, Pham Le Nguyen Mushroom Company also has edible mushrooms such as Oyster mushrooms, Milky mushrooms, Wood ear mushrooms … also grown from quality species bags and harvested on time to maintain nutrients in the mushroom ears.
- Mushroom products: We supply red reishi mushrooms to Phuc Vinh Pharmaceutical Company to produce PVR capsules. And we supply PV Reishi capsules nationwide.
